I'm so confused. After switching my major 3 times already, I decided to become a lawyer. I've always thought about a career in medicine, and I've been tossing the idea in my head the past few weeks. I'm just so confused and I don't know what to do. The main reason I want to become a Dr is to obviously help people, but also the money. Everyone I know has always told me to pursue law, since it's something I have a passion for. But I feel that there is a surplus of lawyers. Any suggestions?

your going to have to decide what you will enjoy doing for the rest of your life, heard doctors have very long hours;why don't you talk to some doctors and lawyers that have been in the business for a long time to get an idea of how it really is;good luck ;both pay very good.

Well, help is much needed in the health care industry, and I have to say that your career as a doctor vs. a lawyer would probaly be more rewarding. I'm not sure what your chances of making more money as a doctor over a lawyer are, but I know if I had to make the decision, if you have any interest in the medical field, I would go that route.
I'm sure to some degree both of those occupations, like many, are thankless in some aspects, but as a doctor, you will recieve more acknowledgment, appreciation, and mental rewards than as a lawyer. And you will still have to deal with moral, ethical, and legal issues the way lawyers do if debating principles was part of your interest in becoming a lawyer.
Of course, you can do whatever you wish, and this is only my opinion, but that's what you were asking for, and that's the best answer I can come up with. Good luck :D!

Don't go into either profession for the money. Medicine is a very demanding career. Plan to work holidays, weekends and odd hours. You must stick to a major and finish undergrad then see what med school or law school you can get into.

Neither.
You are obviously going to fail as you have no passion for either....
Become an Accountant: money's good and you'll get hired.....and you won't ever have the fate of someone in your hands....
