Didn't the specialist that gave you the results explain it to you?

Everything is normal expect that his sperm does not move fast. The motility reading is for how fast the sperm moves through cervical fluid. This could result in the sperm dying before reaching the egg to fertilize. His doctor did not go over this?

The slow movement of sperms will make it difficult for the sperms to reach the egg for fertilisation. It will therefore be advisable for you to continue to be horizontal for a longer duration after the intercourse. Alternatively you can go for test tube baby where in fertilisation of your egg with your husbands sperms can be done outside in a lab and the fertilised egg implanted into you.

You paid someone to do the testing for you and you also paid for his expertise. He owes you an explanation of the results. Make sure he gives you one.
