I would imagine that Houston's crime rate has went up because of all the displaced Hurricane Katrina evacuees. I've seen on TV where all these experts try to poo-poo that idea, but the numbers don't lie.

Uh, yeah. And the criminals who were in jail in Nawlins were freed and skipped town after Katrina. Guess wher they went...You got it! Houston! And other places, of course, the crime rates of which went up.

Even the police in New Orleans are criminals.
