I have not been able to find extra hot synch cables for the Palm Z22 on Palm.com, Amazon or newegg or other sites, does anyone know whether you can buy a replacement hot synch cable for the Z22?

You can find those things pretty much anywhere. Almost all gadgets that use usb come with the same one now. I have about 10 in my household from cameras, mp3 players, and other gadgets. Don't bother buying one online, you'll pay too much. Just go to an electronics store and look for the cable. I can almost guarantee they'll have one. (oh, if you pay more than $10, you're getting ripped off)

I would try a different USB port on your computer. If that fails, check the settings on the Palm Desktop software, and make sure the sync settings are accurate.

Isn't Z22 using the same standard cable as Tungsten E? That is mini-USB cable. I am recalling what I saw months ago from memory.
