I'm going to say neither because while I think he's done inappropriate things with kids, I don't think he understands that it's wrong.

Definitely Innocent!! Any doubt I had to his innocence was laid to rest when I read the transcripts of the trial, there was absolutely no evidence (usually they find some shred of evidence) and the mother of the accuser was proved to be an extortionist!!

innocent! Michael Jackson is the greatest man in the world why would he go do something like that, that little kids family just wanted money and to be noticed. Its all a bunch of bull S***!

i blame his father. in this one movie biography i saw about michael, his father pushed him very hard at a young age to perform for Jackson 5. The fans all loved the little kid singing as the lead singer (i think) and thus his father pushed him to practice very hard. Michael Jackson didnt have a childhood and needs to get professional help. Im not trying to be sarcastic or mean, but he had a terrible life, even though he was a really great performer and singer

Some comedian pointed out that Jackson kept in his bedroom a life-sized anatomically correct "love doll" in the form of a young boy that he had dressed up as a cub scout. He managed to make the jury believe that he only kept it as a "toy", and that he did not have sex with it.
HOWEVER... If I had a life-sized anatomically correct "love doll" in the form of a cheerleader or cocktail waitress in my room, people would naturally assume that I was fvcking it.
(And they'd be right!)

Probably guilty. I just hate it that he gets such a bad rap because he is such a talented singing artist. I will probably always love his music.

I think all that plastic surgery has effected his brain. I think hes just weird. Not one to judge weather or not he had sex with a kid, that's sick. He needs attention from his parents :)
