one....let them mess up once and then move on bcuz they will cheat or whatever as long as you let em if thats the kind of person they are

If your for sure that u both love each other then I would say one, but if u 2 people really love each other one should be the absolute maximum about.

It depends on the situation. My husband and I have given eachother many "chances"- none have involved cheating though. In my opinion, infinite depending on the nature of the infraction. YOU have to decide if it is something you are willing to live with, or something you feel is likely to change.

Depends on the person, both the other person and yourself. There is the saying along the lines of 'Do me wrong once, shame on you, do me wrong twice, shame on me'. Don't let yourself fall into a trap of always having to forgive someone else for their mistakes and leading your life for someone else instead of yourself.
