Not really. Certain types of paper will do that anyway, mainly if they are kept in light, especially sunlight. Only thing to try to do is keep them in something that doesn't let light in.

Books printed on good acid-free paper won't turn yellow.

There are solutions that you can make to treat paper with to keep it from turning color and/ or deteriorating. Google "document preservation", or look for a book on this in Amazon.com.

Go to the library and ask the reference librarian.

You can have them deacidified, but it's expensive.
