hollerback girl means a girl who doesnt continue to fight, like if someone says something shes classy and doesnt fight.

Depends, some believe it refers to Hollenbeck girls, IE prostitutes, which is a police district in Los Angeles. Some believe because of the video that it refers to the girls on the cheer leading squad who answer when to captain shouts give me an A. Another idea is that it means a girl who doesn't just scream back at you she beats your a**.
I personally think she was intentionally referencing all 3 on purpose.
