Well just today November 27,2006 I formatted my computer but the internet isnt working i do have a sbc modem <---(2 wire) a router. my brother's computer work connecting to the internet(the one im using) soo can anyone of u help me? oh btw i have microsoft xp profressional.... anything im missing that i need for u guys to help me? post it here also!!! please give me good and easy answers.. no complex words please ^.^

When you get sbcglobal DSL they send you CD with it . do the installation from that CD.

You need the drivers for you NIC card. Search online for your motherboard brand/model and look for NIC drivers if it is onboard. if you have a seperate card in the back, find the manufacturer's site and look for drivers from there.

You formated your system and dumped everything on your harddrive, Now you need to put your operating system drivers and any other programs you want. or buy another computor.

have you configure your settings for the internet, well try to use Mozilla fire fox 2, its a cool IE... well go to tool>> option>> connection, and configure your setting...
