If she files for legal divorce, the judge allows 30 days for you to sign it. If you do not, the judge orders it final without your signature and notes it in the court docket. So you're not signing, is no big deal.

if you weren't married then you don't need a divorce. But if you were married then all she has to do is put an ad in the paper for a certain amount of time (30 days I think) saying that she wants to divorce you or something like that. And if you don't do anything then the judge will normally grant the divorce. At least thats what my mother had to do.

Yes if you do not contest the divorce she can get it. But why would you want her after she left you for her x. Leave her alone and move on with your life. Let her have her x, she will get her's in the end. This isn't going to last very long, and when she comes back, you should make sure you don't take her back. If you like being treated like this then keep playing the game with her. Move on and find someone with like ideas of what a relationship is all about. It depends what part of the world you are in to how the legal system works. It most parts your signature is not required, and in other parts I'm sure that if it is required there will be a loop hole. Why would you not want a divorce. You've been hurt man. Let her go.

yes she can tell them that she don't were u at she have to run a add in the paper for 60 days it can be a paper u don't read as long as she show proof that she look for u when there is no respond es they will grant her the divorce go to Ur local coUrt house and they will tell u the same but she has to tell them that she don't know ur wear abouts
