Yes siblings will mate. How soon after birth depends on the breed, some as early as 4-6 wks some 2-3 months old. If the female is not ready to mate she will attack the male and so they should be separated.

Sexing hamsters is accomplished by measuring the anal-genital distance. Males have the longest measurement.
Onset of puberty is around 30-40 days in the male and 36-84 days in the female. After puberty, mating can occur every 4 days.

Yes! Any male will mate with any female, regardless. Hamsters reach sexual maturity as early as 6 to 8 weeks, so be careful! Unless you're certain they're both the same sex, you'll want to keep them separated or else you'll end up with LOTS of hamsters.

Hamsters are sexually mature at about 6 weeks old. They will mate with their siblings but shouldn't for obvious reasons. They then will mate immediately after they give birth. They are like rabbits.

My brother and I had brother and sister hamsters, and there ended up being 12 of them! I believe they were only a few months old when they mated.

all animals will mate if they are in heat it doesnt matter who its with (reminds you of some humans) however being very young it is less likely that they will mate, but there is of course still the possibility. If you dont want them to mate, then the only way to be sure is to keep them in seperate cages.
