when speed zone at 30 to 40 mph car vibrates and when speed is higher than 40mph vibration stops what could it be?

Tires out of round
Wheels out of balance
Engine mount collapsed
Drive shaft bent
Drive shaft out of balance
Drive shaft flex disk shot (Mercedes-Benz)
It could be number of other things too.... Impossible to diagnose remotely.

you gas might be plugged up and its hard to get to your engine... get something from auto zone or and car place that's a liquid that you put it into your gas tank when your gas light comes on when its almost empty

Well.. try checking ur wheel alignment.. it can occur bcoz of tht also..
