Wow i would hate to be in that situation! Im not sure but i dont see anything wrong with it legally..

He isn't your brother so there is really no problem--unless, of course, he will be living with you in the same house--then I see a real major problem.
You need to sit down with your parent and explain the situation. This is not a good situation and could cause all kinds of family problems. Unless, of course, both of the parents here are happy with the idea of you two trying to decide which bedroom you are going to live in.

In line with Islamic teaching you can not still be with your boyfri-
end if he is about to be your stepbrother.It means your father/ mother will be married with his mother/father in a near future..So you and your boyfriend will be get together in a real big family.You
will be like sister and brother.

what state do u live in? Depends who was dating who first. U see that all the time. It would not be incest since you are not blood related. so if it don't bother you then go for it
