In High School i enjoyed the following subjects: shop, art classes, lunch, and study hall. A colon is always used before a list! :)

I would say
In high school I enjoyed the following subjects shop, art classes, lunch, and study hall.
You might go with a colon though.

I would say it like this
"In High School, I enjoyed the following subjects: shop, art classes, lunch, and study hall."
