You want an image editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
Download it from www.adobe.com

You need to get a copy of Photoshop, or you can use MS Paint which comes with your computer. MS Paint does not have a lot of features.

goto microsoft.com and download the tirel version of their photo edition program. i forgot the name...
