Hi,
Six New York Yankees made the first American League all-star team in 1933. They include starters Lefty Gomez, Ben Chapman, Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth as well as substitutes, Bill Dickey and Tony Lazzeri, neither of whom got into the game.

There were probably others from the first All Star team in 1933 but two notables were Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig.
