The best and most contemporary Christmas music that I have heard is by two bands. The first, Manheim Steamroller, who takes classics and updates them. The second is Trans Siberian Orchestra, who also updates traditional Christmas songs, but uses guest musicians, like Metallica, to add a 21st century edge to classics. both are easily and abundantly available by using any P2P program, such as Kazaa or Limewire (but be careful. d/l-ing p2 is copyright infringement and may cause trouble) TSO has some of their music avail for free d/l at their website (plug the name into a search engine and go to their official website. you wont be disappointed. The music is brilliant!)
Cheers and happy holidays!

My fave is "Carol Of The Bell" [any version, but the one by Destiny's Child is excellent]
Or try downloading any Christmas classic sung by Bing Crosby or Frank Sinatra.... they make all songs sound amazing!!!

How about "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" or "Silver Bells" ?? Both are good and not too obnoxious.
