Bush being bi-partisan was his main fault. Republicans need to learn from the liberals to not be bi-partisan. Republicans should take a page from the democrats' playbook, in which democrats will stick together and never vote for any Republican ideas, no matter how good they may be. If Republicans could only be closed minded, arrogant, and just plain evil, they would be able to relate better to the people the liberals appeal to. Republicans should also learn to not put blame where it is due, like the economy issues that can be attributed to the democrats holding power in the house and senate for a good amount of Bush's terms. Or blaming clinton for 9/11, as he made major cuts to intelligence, and ignored warnings about al-quaeda years earlier. Also, obama shouldn't be blamed for the last nine months of spending more then Bush did in eight years, and increasing unemployment. while he's been president. And last, the conservatives shouldn't complain about obama spending millions of taxpayer dollars on a family vacation during some of the toughest economic times in US history, heck, Bush vacationed to his personal ranch that cost only a few thousand taxpayer dollars (that was only to pay for security etc).
