you cant make it thinner, you were born that way. A plastic surgeon may be able to help, Idk, I've never heard of them thinning the lips. But most girls like guys with full lips. We think its sexy.

hi, I know this might sound funny but make up & hair is what I do best,
1st find a foundation, yes a foundation any one asks its for your girlfriend usually works.dont use to much or try to cover to much of a big area or it will be noticable. wash face so make up holds, as its not for your entire face anything will do. smooth a little on your finger then dab it onto the back of your hand, use a cotton bud to put a thin line along your lower lip then gently blend to an out line with your finger (not to hard will make it patchy)
2ed purchase a lipstick (again for your girlfriend) must be matt & as close to your natural lip colour as possible or a lip tint, you can actually get really good ones that dont rub off. after applying the foundation gentle put a tiny bit of lipstick on the back of your hand & this time with your finger (make sure there is no foundation left on your finger or hand) carefully blend over the foundation (foundation is the base to hold the colour & to blend your lips to your skin, colour is to mask the outline of the foundation)to the size you want just to blend, then get matt pressed bowder not loose to hold in place but this is optional. Are you kidding? Thin lips are difficult to kiss and don't feel nearly as soft and sweet as thicker lips. Enjoy your blessings & find a partner who likes it.

Hon, most guys have nasty ol', thin, ugly lips. I'm an artist, I notice these things. Be blessed.
But if you honestly think there's an unnatural growth in your lip, go talk to your doctor about it.

i would say you'll have to look into surgery if you're intent on reducing it's size. Are you sure you're not being too critical of your appearance?
