One of the best I have tried is VirIt, another is PC-cillin, both can be gotten off the web for free or free to try. I prefer VirIt because after the 31 days free trial you can uninstall and reinstall and use again. PC-cillin on the other hand is not like that, after your free trial if you uninstall and reinstall, it will load the program then will tell you that you have to buy it. VirIt is good for everything, guards against hackers, phreaking, phishing, viruses, worms, trojans, BHOs, dialers, adware, spyware, and even has an active firewall. Of course, you may find something you prefer but I choose VirIt. Try going to download.com and check out what is offered there, they have loads of totally free programs to use, free of charge. Ive tried many of them but have my preferences.

Disable your firewall and antivirus programs and go to some warez sites. You will get all the spyware you want.

If you want stuff to remove or prevent spyware then you'd want to download, install, update and run Spybot and AdAware.
