Without lifting the toilet up and messing up the waterproofing that has been done previously...you need to cut it to fit just as close as you can with a little bit more. (it's best to always have a wee bit more than not enough).
Try tucking in the laminate as much as you can around the sink and toilet, then go out from there to the walls and such.
After the laminate is laid down correctly...then put some appropriate caulking around the toilet and pedestal.
Read some books....Or.....find out at Google.
Google,...google.....google..... ~big smile~ wink
many happy flushes...

Anyone install a saniflo below grade on a laminate floor? Can you put this toilet on top of the laminate or do you have to at least drill holes where the toilet will be attached to the concrete floor? The floating floor I am putting down in Allure Ultra planks.

The best way is to lift the toilet off the floor. You have to completely disconnect the plumbing, & drain & remove the tank, but it's worth it, & it's not really that hard of a job. Have a new wax seal ready, & I promise you it won't take more than an hour of time to remove & replace the toilet, & have it filled & working again. For a pedestal sink, I was able to loosen the wall bolts that hold the sink, & raise it up enough to clear the pedestal & pull the pedestal out from under the sink. I don't think the pedestal really was supporting the sink at all, it was there just for looks.
Have fun.
