I have used this medicine and it was a life saver for me. I suffered for 3 months with morning sickness and lost 20lbs i than saw my doc and he prescribed reglan. It helped so much. I only needed to take one pill a day and I felt so much better.

you may have nausea any time for the era of your being pregnant yet maximum tremendously in the first 12 weeks, and in case you've had it at that element then it would want to from time to time come decrease back in the most suitable trimester too. I wasn't ill, purely truly nauseous, yet no longer sufficient to choose pills. i'm late through 3 days now, and did get a touch nausea very last week. that is sturdy that it style of feels to be subsiding and that i does no longer worry about why, yet f it does come decrease back, purely pop decrease back to the well-being practitioner, i'm constructive he/she will be able to no longer thoughts. wish you nonetheless experience better ideal and congratulations on your being pregnant.

You should worry that you're willing to accept anonymous medical advice over the internet, rather than that of a trained doctor. At least do your research on medical sites. The kooks here are likey to tell you not to take it for arbitrary and incorrect reasons like "oh it's manmade so it's bad for you", "take some natural (read: unstudied) herbs instead"

There are no linked side effects in the baby at this time.
I use it for nausea with migraines and it works like a charm.
Your doctor probably thinks that there is more risk in not eating.

I was also prescribed this due to extreme morning sickness.
Like Crystal even though i trusted my doctor, i chose to not take them and just learned to deal with it without medication.
My doctor has treated me for 10yrs - he wouldn't give me anything unsafe! I know and trust this - but i'm such a worrier with this (my first) baby, i thought it better to be safe than sorry! lol.
Not to say you shouldn't take them though - if your doc says its fine then it is!

If it is something that you are questioning yourself about taking, then I wouldn't take it. My doc gave me Tylenol 3s and I got on here and asked the same question. I still haven't taken any of them. i am just going to deal with my migraines.
