I find it a rediculous thought that people can ask and answer each other's questions and not be chatting. Still it is annoying when two people seem to be chatting exclusively. I look at this as more of a party line web site. Woo hoo.

at times i find it VERY hard not to chat...like when i have to do something important...
its really weird...because when i have free time, i dont feel like chatting, but when i have something to do, i want to go and chat

haha...any question on the forum could be considered "chatting". i think,
if you mean in a non-yahoo sense. probably not, unless its with a person whom i have not seen in quite a while. in fact, just recently i met a friend from a few years back and we stood outside in the snow talking for about an hour. the chapped lips were worth it :)

it is hard not to,,but i think its more allowed in the answers ,,,not in the questions..one has to chat kinda to get the answer across...
