I would begin by asking the person who typed this for you to help you in your reading skills.
There are many people out there who tutor people who have problems with reading and writing.
You have to learn the alphabet first. Then graduate to words found in easy reading books. You will have the learn the difference between nouns, pronouns, adverbs, verbs, adjectives, etc. etc. You can do it. Don't give up.
