yes, your nuts have nothing to do with the blood flow getting to the penis. he will not be able to ejaculate though.

Yes, while there will be no sperm in the ejaculate, a man with no testicles (assumign the operation was not totally botched) would still be able to achieve erection and orgasm. Of course after a brief period following removal of the testicles, the sex drive woudl diminish thus not creating the 'need' for sexual activity as much as before their removal.

It depends on what point during maturation the testicles are removed. Prepubescent castration causes many things to occur such as smaller penis size, higher voice, slightly longer legs and arms, less body hair, among other things such as, in some cases, inability to attain erection. Post-pubescent castration will result in an individual who can still achieve erection and have sex.

of course. an erection happens when the penis is engorged by blood... although if you take the WHOLE testicles out he will be loosing hormones like testosterone which are responsible for secondary male sexual features
