Go to google, type "Photoshop Tutorials" and you will find everything you need. Or if you wanna be like me and figure it out yourself, go ahead.

That is such a broad question no one can possibly answer it properly. Photoshop is a very complicated program and many people who have been using it professionally for years and years say they still don't know how to do everything. Perhaps if you ask how to do something particular, like adjust the contrast or something then people can help you but to try to explain the whole program would be impossible on here. You should get yourself a "Photoshop for Dummies" book or something. (Not saying you're a 'dummy' but that's what the books are called!) So, ask a more specific question and hopefully we can help : )

well i use MIcrosoft Picture It! and there is variation ways to use it. use could crop pics with side finder and post other items or person inside another pic. like my sister who takes things serioulsly uses it to change colors and quality of her skin or eye to make it seem like it was a clear pic. u can fix red eye, sharpen and focus, changepictures into black and white or for fun make pics seem like its glowing up or covered in plastic. if u have a myspace, u can post pics to make your self look prettier
