I have never had any medications or anythin to help it grow and i'm of African Descent from Namibia in southern africa and was just wondering if its natural??

I have never heard of a penis that long. Make sure you are reading the ruler on inches and not centimeters, which 13 centis would be about 5 1/2 inches (something more realistic).

Well, you may not know how to read a ruler or may be measuring from the end of your tail bone. The only thing that is that size from namibia are extremely large Mammals but not humans.

No,it is most definitely not normal,it should be at least twice that size but,maybe all people from Namibia are very small so you could be natural in the land of your ancestors.

the average size of a penis is 4 3/4 inches when not erect. so 13 inches is 9 inches longer than normal. so no its not natural!

It is not "unnatural" if it has happened; presuming you haven't taken drugs or anythign, then it's natural. It's not 'normal' per se; it's way above average, but who cares about normal, really, so long as you're healthy?
