Are there any completely free background checks?

I can't seem to find any that give you anything that you don't already know.

There's the tricky part, Matt. There are a lot of sites that provide information for free but they limit how much information and don't tend to tell you anything terribly useful. Putting together an accurate background check takes time and energy, so most folks won't do it for free.

You can do it yourself if you have the background info. on the person for whom you are checking. There is more info. on putting one together in the site listed on resources.
