looking for the best and smoothest crochet needles

I prefer metal hooks made by Boye. They're pretty, just heavy enough, and very smooth. You can get them at Walmart for cheap.

First of all, there are no crochet needles. They are called hooks and any commercial brand will be good. Boye makes good ones.
