while doing some splits exercises like the lunge stretch. I think i accidentally pulled the area on my right leg where the leg meets the body. It hurt mostly on the first day, but it getting a little bit better--i think. And everytime i get up from a sitting position, the bone there seems to snap back into place or something X.X. Do you think i can rehab it myself...or..?

If you pulled a tendon, you would not be able to walk.

That sounds like a strain. Ice it and elevate it.

Exercise it mildly, and it will feel better.

It sounds as if you have a minor muscle strain. If I understood you correctly (doing the 'splits"), you may have strained one of your adductor muscles. It is generally not that big of a deal if you do not have any discoloration from bleeding that will appear as bruising. Try stretching, but be sure to let pain/discomfort be your guide as to how much. You can ice the area, but stay away from heat for a while.
