They have a young star in Chris Bosh, key word there was "young". I think it will still be another 2 years before he win games for his team. Other than him there is Ford who is solid, face it he puts up assits, but common he isn't a star. They need a couple of impact players, and they would for sure be in the play-offs.

I think it has a lot to do with team chemistry, with all th new faces on the team like ford, garbajosa, bargnani, parker. It will take time for them to "gel" Let the coaching staff handle this, jus sit back and relax. The winning ways will come.

I believe the problem is coach Sam Mitchell. He lacks experience and doesn't exactly have winning experience when it comes to the run and gun style. They need an international coach like Mike D'Antoni. I believe they have plenty of talent in the roster they just need the right guidance.

Well they are like the WORST team in the NBA. Ok, maybe not the worst but they are NOT the best. Nothing compared to the Lakers.

They're a young up and coming team, don't expect much out of them for a few years.
