time, because with time, you can develop yourself and improve, start a career, and eventually be rich in money
money cant buy happiness though!
(but it buys some COOOOOLL things! LOL, randomness.....

Time for sure. You can still have fun with lots of time and not that much money. Not so much when you are rich but have little time left.
