Hey Join the club...im a soccer player...a 10 loving, striker.
in order to join a better team, you hav to decide if you want soccer as your future career first. if yes, then you have to spend 3 month speed training and stuff to get into perfect. then go tryout for a semi-pro soccer team, if you're good enough, c how it goes from there, if not, then just get back an focus on school, and consider the options later after you're done studying.

Depends on your age and current level of play. Find people who are better and pass around with them, learn from them. It amazes me as a coach how many kids want a coach to teach them everything. The players know the most.
Practice as often as you can. Talk with the coaches at next level be respectful. You may find that you fit in and it will make the move very easy. Good Luck!

i don't think you should bail on your team cuz every one says that there wouldn't be any one on the team.
give them a chance , at least you would be the star of the team .
also try and train some of them
good luck
