I kind of wanted to name him after my fiance', but really don't want him to be a "junior" or "the 2nd" . . . Dad's name is Antonio . . any ideas, other than Antoine or Anthony??
We prefer a not-so-common name . . .
Thanks for your help!

My great grandpa, grandpa, dad and brother all have the same name. None are juniors or the 2nd. What the family does is give the same first name so in your case Antonio then the middle name is the mothers maiden name and last name is obviously going to be Johnson for you.

How about some contemporary 'strong' names, like:
- Zephyr Stealth (Antonio) ...
- Elijah Maclean
- Bryce Taylor
- Alyxander James
- Tyrell Styles
- Morgan Nathaniel
These are just names I would have used, had I had more children, however, that was not intended, and I have two beautiful boys, myself. I always like more contemporary names, but not so much, where it was hard to pronounce, or hard to spell! ha ha!

Ok here is my choice. I chose to use the letters of Antonio and came up with: Notanio ( pronounced No-tah-nee-oh) or Natonio (pronounced Na-toe-nee-oh)
The name is still representative of the fathers name and a unique name... I've never heard it before.
Good middle names would be:
Daniel
Eric
Patrick or Thomas.
My favorite name combination is: Notanio Patrick Johnson.
Hope you like it! Anybody else agree?

Antonio could be the middle name.
How about Anton-That was Tony's real name in West Side Story-Of course he did end up dead. You may not want to go that way.

This may be common, but well, I don't know a lot of Victors in my area, but:
Victor Antonio
or, hey, Horatio.
Horatio -- it kind of goes with Antonio cos of the "io" ending.
But my top favorite boy names: Isaiah & Victor

I think that you should go with Tony, its cute and not really used so much. i like it. or you could find a different first name and use Antonio as the middle name.
