I'm sorry but i think you are a little too young to be wearing that with a mini skirt maybe some cute blue denim jeans. but i think you should go with the brown shirt hope this helps

Brown jacket is very cute. If you have long brown hair, you'll blend in with the jacket. You need a pop of color under the jacket - the light blue or maroon cami would be very pretty.

I think you should wear the blue underneath and have accessories that will match the jacket
