They all do except Jehovah's Witnesses, those people don't celebrate any holidays. Except Easter with out the pagan stuff like the EAster bunnie or colored eggs. They celebrate the fact Jesus was resurrected.
Maybe mormans don't not sure or Adventists don't think they do.
Even muslims celebrate christmas but they call it something else.

Christians, Atheists, Agnostics, Pagans. A very large percentage of folks. However a comparably large percentage does not celebrate it religiously, in fact more people celebrate the secular aspects, which is simply family getting together, and showing peace and goodwill toward others.
Pagans also celebrate Yule which is where Christmas gets its roots. Jews do not celebrate Christmas unless they are married to someone who does. Jehovah's Witnesses, which claims to be part of Christianity, does not celebrate any holidays. Muslims have their own winter holidays.

All pagan beliefs celebrate Christmas because that is where it originates. Christ is a pagan term ie, Mithra Christos. It comes from the word Crysta as in crystalline, the illuminating enlightening one. The Sun. In the winter the sun symbolically dies by dropping below the horizon, but by 25th december is clearly above the horizon again. Signifying the evergreen, immaculate conception of giving birth to oneself. Hence the evergreen trees, holly, ivy, mistletoe etc. Easter is also pagan in origin. The Celtic Cross. The sun in the cross constellation during the spring equinox. It is an annual event. It signifies the resurrection of life after its death in the winter. It is a fertility festival, hence the fertility eggs and bunnies. Practicing Shaman... quantum physics rocks.

almost every one observes christmas. religious or not, except for the jewish, and a few people who actualy read the bible and choose not to observe it. one, jesus was not born in december, and two, all christmas is, traditions and all, is a celebration of the sun god (tamuz).
