Only one, Massachusettes. Although recently a ruling was made by the New Jersey Supreme Court that they must offer equal rights to gay relationships but the name hasn't been determined. Whether they call it "marriage" or "civil unions" hasn't been determined yet.

Gay marriage is legal EVERYWHERE
There are churches in every part of the US that recognize gay marriage and perform ceremonies.
Mass is the only state to recognize gay marriages.
