& ive posted this already, but i need answers!! hah.

ok, so im going to be turning 18 soon and my boyfriend is about 2 years younger than me. our parents dont rly care if we have a sexual relationship, as long as we are safe about it. we are going to be moving in together when i transfer to a UC school, & hes going there too. my question is, is it statutory rape if we engage in sexual intercourse?

thanks!! :]

There's less than a 4 year age gap between you, so you're okay. Plus your parents have given consent, so who would press charges?
