The PS3 will scream as a computer running the very fast GNU/Linux. Actually, 50X faster than any Microsoft virus-magnet, in 30 tests since 2004!

PS3 is basically just a fancier PS2 with better graphics. Alot of people I know are getting it so the just don't miss out on the games coming out for it. And $600 is way too much to ask, at least from me. I'll personally go get myself a Wii as soon as I have some spare money.

Its not worth it, its just a really expensive PS2. Xbox 360 is had a Media Center function available which makes it a good and free TIVO! I love it. PS3 is very expensive too.

I don't think so either. But I love the Nintendo Wii, it is way cheaper ($250) and it is actually something different and new. You can actually get some exercise playing it!
