My husband is a gamer. he doesn' t mind our son plays computer game. but I do mind. If you ask why, I can not explain..but I feel it is not good thing for 3 years old boy.
Could you tell me some source?

trick your three year old son into educational games. my parents had me play them when i was young and im pretty dang smart now. (no mean to toot my own horn)

It's just as bad as TV. If you have a problem with your child sitting too close to a TV, then it's just as valid with a computer. It can also overstimulate him at too young an age and make it impossible for hiim to enjoy things such as a newspaper, regular books, analog games, you get what I'm driving at? It's perfectly safe after he understands the physical world and it's wonders. I'd actually protest any child getting on a computer under the age of seven. But it's based on your child's maturity level really.

Sesame street makes some really good computer game that are education as well. It doesn't require that the internet be turned on to play either which is an added bonus

I suggest, an educational games.. would be great for a 3 yrs old kid.. there's a lot of educational games out there, and even in the internet, you can purchased it online and some are free..

guitar hero is a great game, a little hard for really young kids, but could be good grounds if they want to learn to play guitar later on. dance dance revolution is a classic, exercise while you play, i know plenty of kiddies that play that.
