It is too strong for injection; such a large dose would overstimulate and ultimately burn out the feeble mind of Man. Thus, it has to be administered in small doses, over a period of many years.

Serious answer...you've got to distinguish what is real. Don't do it yourself...it'll take a lifetime...read/study/adapt the masters both old and modern... Existentialism, Dr. Phil, etc.
You're know you're moving forward when you seriously confront what you think is true and find it isn't. You're going to have to really make an effort to think.
