It's a sad song. "The rain will kill us all." Something that once gave us life will cause our death. It's also saying how all these politicians want people to go out and die for the oil in the middle-east, because blood and human lives are a small price to pay for oil. (Go drill your deserts, go dig your graves, then fill your mouth with all the money you will save) That is if the lyrics i found are correct. It's pretty much a song of anarchy, and says that what our country, and indeed our world, has become is way less than desireable.
