Stay away from over the counter laxatives. They are very strong and if used often cause problems in the body. Consider using an herbal laxative. They are much milder and have the same cleansing effect. But don't use them all the time. Your body will forget how to eliminate the waste by itself. I wouldn't use an herbal laxative for more then two weeks at the most. By then everything should have been flowing.

Fleet. At the drugstore you look for the Fleet product with Saline and citric oil. I am not sure of the product's exact name. Seems like it comes in a green bottle. Stay close to home after taking it!
That is what they have you take before a colonoscopy.
I am assuming that you mean Quick and complete when you say you want the BEST.
I hope you are NOT doing this to aid in weight loss, abuse of laxatives is almost as bad as bulimia on the body.

LoL... wow. i'm basically curious the way you will get to the shop without motor vehicle keys... a million) Why do no longer you have a spare set? 2) What the hell form of canines do you have than can consume keys? 3) Ask a veterinarian a pair of laxative which would be secure to apply with a canines.

you should not use any laxatives without talking to a doctor first...you may not need them or you could run the risk of taking too many laxatives...not only that but if you are taking any over the counter medication or prescription medication the laxatives could interfere or cause side effects..talk to your doctor about using laxatives or any other alternatives...

Ex-Lax is the only one I'm familiar with. However, do not take more than the recommended amount, and if this is a serious problem see your doctor.
