ok so i tried a sample of the Green Tea 300 tonight. I'm wondering if it is worth the price. Does it really do what they say it does?it's supposed to help with anxiety, depression, blood pressure issues, and weight loss. And they say that you should be able to ween yourself off your medications for those things. I'm considering it but i would like to hear from someone NOT selling it. Let me know all

Green tea is mainly used for its anti oxidant qualities. And there are plenty of anti oxidants out there including strawberries-yum!

The other claims are very suspect especially the weight loss claim.
Sorry there is no magic bullet out there.
Lifestyle change is your answer including an excellent diet and loads of healthy exercise

I do not know if it actually helps with anxiety or depression. It can lower your blood pressure and it may help with weight loss. Green tea is full of antioxidants, which are very good for the body. I personally do not drink green tea because of the taste and it is worse when adding sugar or cream.

I do not sell green tea.

Proponents of green tea note that its medicinal benefits have been described for over 1000 years. The Kissa Yojoki, or Book of Tea, written by Zen priest Eisai in 1191, describes how drinking green tea can have a positive effect on the five vital organs, especially the heart. The book discusses tea's medicinal qualities which include easing the effects of alcohol, acting as a stimulant, curing blotchiness, quenching thirst, eliminating indigestion, curing beriberi disease, preventing fatigue, and improving urinary and brain function. Part One also explains the shapes of tea plants, tea flowers and tea leaves and covers how to grow tea plants and process tea leaves. In Part Two, the book discusses the specific dosage and method required for individual physical ailments.

In more recent times, many studies have investigated a link between the consumption of green tea and a lower incidence of a range of cancers in populations, with mixed results. Green tea enthusiasts believe it to be useful for:

Cognition
Stopping certain neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimers
Preventing/treating cancer
Treating arthritis
Treating multiple sclerosis
Preventing the degradation of cell membranes by neutralizing the spread of free radicals (which occurs during the process of oxidation).
Increases fat oxidation (helps the body use fat as an energy source) and raises metabolism.
Lowering LDL cholesterol (in high doses in lab tests)
Preventing lowered T-Cells due to HIV - In lab tests, EGCG, found in green tea, was found to prevent HIV from attacking T-Cells. However, it is not known if this has any effect on humans yet.

That's My Best Answer! Hope it helps!

well i know that the chinese think that it is good and it helps... and i believe so too... it helps ease digestion and somehow relaxes your mind... inhale it's aroma and feel it's relaxing effect and drink it slowly to feel it's warmth... i'm talking about tea in tea bags here but they say that purer ones that don't have preservatives work better... when it comes to weight loss.. any kind of tea works... senna tea helps you loose weight coz once you drink it after eating you reush for the bathroom... tea also helps you to loose weight coz at times it acts as a diuretic for some people and when you loose water you loose weight.

tea is supposedly to help get rid of toxins so maybe it does work on the blood pressure issue... but blood pressure is caused by a lot of things...so maybe when you drink a cup of tea... it's relaxing effects help lessen stress... the anxiety and depression issues can also be resolved by taking a time out.... but tea has caffeine... same goes for coffee and since caffeine is a vasoconstrictor so it may raise your blood pressure than lower it down if taken in large amounts.
