It depends on the location; I can make acquaintances easily, by simply saying hello and being conscientious and asking questions and the like, friends are a bit harder to come by, especially with constant travelling and moving. Common interests are a good initiator, although thereafter doing your part, by giving gifts or helping them out of a fix, I'd say that's what sets it. I can usually make one or two after a year of moving to someplace, although this was with the assistance and exposure of school.
So, to answer the initial question: Not really.

I Do, I Think I do Because I'm really interested in What other people have to say,I Love Animals and Work in a Shelter So People Come in to Adopt who Love Animals and right there we have something in Commen! I also try to treat people nice, But I dont let anyone walk all over me! My Kids Get Mad..I can talk to complete strangers at the Grocery store for 30 minutes in the book section..I just seem to find people with the same interest wherever I go

No I don't..I don't trust easily. I can tell by the look in their eyes at first meeting if I will be long life friends. Its a rare situation.

Not really. I dont like people easily, plus I say odd things that if you dont know me you are like what the heck is wrong with that girl.
I am really reserved and just dont like wasting time talking to people when they have nothing to talk about that interests me.

no, I make acquaintances easily. It takes more time to make a friend, a real true friend. I do have a few of those, and many acquaintances.

Yes, I make friends easily. I am actually really shy but when I see someone I put myself out there and introduce myself, even though it is really hard for me to get out of my comfort zone. :)

I'm terrible at small talk not my gift I guess, lol.
Also it depends on the other person though.
If they're interested in having a conversation with you, then by so means carry on but otherwise it's best to just keep it to yourself.

almost anyone..there are a few I can not talk to..and that is just fine
but yes I make friends very easily
