You must mean your 3 yr. old. I say you ignore her. Immediately tell her to get up. If she doesn't pick her up and sit her in a chair and tell her it is unacceptable for her to fall out. You want to get a grip on it so she won't do it in public because that is really embarrassing.

falls out of what? If she is falling out of a crib, you need to raise the sides.... if you are meaning it differently: you need to pick her up. Babies that little are still needing to learn trust and know that you are going to be there for her. Maybe later you can wait 5-10 mins and see if she is still crying before you pick her up... but for now, there is no such thing as spoiling a baby that is only 3 months old.

Comfort her but don't spoil her if she is crying for no reason maybe she is colicky
