Was high school easy for you and you're a good test taker? If so, you should have no problem with this. Especially with freshman enthusiasm. As long as you don't mind having very little time to yourself because of the labs. Labs can be exhausting. But you meet a lot of people in them. I would put off Physics, if I were going to revise this schedule; particularly if you are in an engineering course that uses calculus - the lecture homework was really hard for me. I found that General Chem was not a weedout for the better students, but Organic can be, and so can Physics. I take it you think English II will be a breeze for you - and you're likely right, but you might check out the prof's rep with other students to see how much time the class is likely to take up. No sense burning yourself out.

wow. i agree with the other responses, this is probably science overload.
I tell you this from personal experience. I have taken all of these classes, and this will be an extremely difficult semester for you. Remember, each of these classes has a lab (about 4 hours) and the chemistly lab in particular is very stressful. Most students take Bio and Chem freshmen year and then the Physics and Calculus sequence sophomore year. Take some general ed classes to fill the gaps... if you dont, not only will your brain suffer, but your GPA may, too.

You might be doing overload. If you are a freshman you might be able to mix it in with some of your general ed. You can always sign up for the classes and drop them if you think you may have overdone yourself.

I'm with Caitlin. Give yourself a little breathing space. If science comes easily to you, you might be okay but you could find yourself inundated pretty soon. (I am not a "science" or "math" person so that would be way too much for me.) Many more hours of classes, studying, tests, internship, etc. will come soon enough so be careful not to burn out too soon. Good luck with your studies.

It's really the labs that are going to get you. Still, some people can handle that kind of preassure. You'll probably be able to pull it off if you don't have to work.
