US news and reports has a list of best health insurance companies that you might want to check out....be sure to map out all your options HSA, PPO, HMO. I got the book "Healthcare for Less" and it was a wonderful reference. I found that by the time I added up all the premiums, copayments and deductibles, I was better off getting an HSA! The author is Michelle Katz and you can order a copy through amazon...it is a little cheaper than Barnes and Noble.

Kaiser Permanente is affordable but the service isn't that great! If you want good service then go with Blue Cross Blue Shield but it migh be a little more costly!
