I have a spare Blue Rhino 20# propane tank for our BBQ that is completely full and didn't get used this summer. Is it safe to keep it outside all winter? Is there a safe temperature range for propane?

Set up you propane gas cooker on a flat surface and connect the propane tank to the cooker. To do this, first find both the propane tank valve control--the nozzle on the propane tank that either releases or stops the flow of propane gas--and the cooker's regulator valve control--the nozzle on the cooker that either blocks out the propane when the it is in the "Off" position or lets in the propane gas in when the it is in the on position.

The colder it gets the pressure drops, not that much unless it's like Northern Minnesota at 57 below the propane flows like water. Little to no presure

Like they all say, it's good for the winter. But never keep it full during the summer. The heat makes it expand. During the summer never fill it more than 80-85%.
