I really need to find a therapist. Anywhere you know of i can look? Also how can I keep it from my parents. (Im 18 but in high school nad live with them)

Because you are an adult, you do not need your parents' consent. However, you might have trouble paying for counseling, which your parents' insurance may be able to cover.

Your primary care physician should be able to refer you to some counselors. Also, look in the Yellow Pages and call around.

You CAN LOOK IN THE PHONE BOOK TO FIND THERAPIST THEY USUALLY WORK WITH DOCTORS LIKE PSYCHIATRIST AND PSYCOLOGIST WHIICH ARE ALSO THERAPIST AND THERE CALLED COUNCLERS ALSO. AND THERE EVEN CALLED LIFE COACHES.. i WISH YOU LUCK.
